Open Mud tub, and cut plastic bag interior with scissors. Application: Scoop out mud and place in bowl to microwave to about 90-100 degrees for application on specific areas such as knees, legs or arms, back, neck, etc. On stove top, heat mud in a double boil (water in one pot, and mud above in the second pot). Apply hot mud directly in a 1/4 inch paste and wrap with cellophane, and then tinfoil to retain heat. Leave on for 30 minutes or more and relax. Discard mud, and rinse off.
